I absolutely love this place beyond words they are all amazing but there’s one particular staff member who has been looking after my kitten from the start not only has she been amazing with Luna but she’s great with me too as a first time cat mom that’s massively helpful as I worry over everything I love that she adores Luna just as much as I do I honestly can’t rate this vets high enough they really do go above and beyond

Took our dog for her post op check to this branch practice as closer to home for us over the main hospital. In Bridgnorth. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to work with my dog at her level and came outside the practice where she was more comfortable. Great for dropping in and weighing your pet. Good location and great parking facilities considering its on a highstreet.

Friendly, professional staff, couldn't be more helpful. I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else

I cannot thank Severn Edge Vets Madeley enough for their compassionate and caring service and support given to us during and after having to have our beloved cat put to sleep. He has come back home today and is now in a special place along with the lovely heartfelt card signed by the staff with his footprint inside. Another emotional day today but they have definitely helped with what was always going to be a difficult time to deal with. Thank you again xx

Lovely practice. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our cat Scruffy last week and the team were just so helpful and caring during a rough time. We’ve been using their services for several years and they’ve always been the best. Yesterday we received a card apologising for the loss of scruffy with the whole team signed and that I can’t thank you lot enough. Always been professional and reliable throughout the years. If we have any pets in the future, we’ll definitely be customers of them again. Thank you so much Severn Edge team for everything you did with Scruffy, all the check ups and making her comfortable to the very end.

I had to take our furbaby as an emergency, pour old man was struggling to breath, the vet (so sorry I don't know his name) was so kind and thoughtful of my feelings as nothing could be done for him. We had nearly 20 years with chubbs and he will be missed dearly, all staff was so kind and caring to chubbs and ive received a beautiful sympathy card today. Highly recommend this vets, and thank you so much to all the staff that work there for being so caring

I would like to say a massive thank you to everyone at Severn edge vets Madeley.Recently I had one of my dogs put down due to old age and illness.It was very stressful as you can imagine.😢All the staff treated us with the dignity and respect and we felt the warmth from the surgery.Theres a mature lady and man that work on the desk.My goodness what lovely personality’s they have and are super kind and very supportive 👍🙌Adrian your a very kind and gentle man thank you so so much. We still have 4 dogs with the vets and super happy we have you to look after us🙌
