I am so pleased with the job that Marina did with my dress, which was just perfect on my wedding day! She made me feel very comfortable with the process and was reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend Marina and her expertise.

I had a really mixed experience with Marina. I booked in for bridal alterations as she was highly rated for wedding dress alterations. My initial appointment saw Marina confused at what I wanted, and I was lucky to have a bridesmaid with me who was far better at articulating what I wanted. We ended the appointment with an agreement on 3 different alterations (shortening the sleeves, pulling up the shoulders, and taking a little off the length). When we went to pick up my dress, Marina had added a modesty panel (which I had explicitly said I didn’t want), and just looked really out of place on the dress. She did remove this for me there and then, but I was a little offended she felt she needed to add that to my dress without my say so. We also noticed there were several marks across the dress (small brown stains that looked like make up), which Marina did her best to get off, but they did stay on the dress. Otherwise the work agreed was done brilliantly. The alterations at the shoulders in particular were awkward to do, but you can’t tell anything changed, and the same with the sleeves, so I can’t fault that work. Overall I think the work actually completed was done well, and for a reasonable price. Would I take my wedding dress there if I could do it again? No I wouldn’t. Service: Bridal & bridesmaids

Absolutely thrilled to bits with the service I have recieved off Marina over the last few years. Firstly I had my wedding dress altered and customised which was lovely I have also been bridesmaid twice recently and Marina sorted both dresses i also recommend my sister in law to go here for her wedding dress and she couldn't of been happier with her dress and the whole process.
