Me and my friend was here for two nights, can't fault the food, treatments, room or staff, we have had an amazing time, best one so far, and we come sometimes twice a year, loved it will come back again soon

Went to the spa for an indulgence Package which costed £150. For this I got a 50 minute “Elemis” massage that was basically rubbing oil in me which I could have done myself, I wasn’t asked if the pressure was okay. And I did inform them that I wanted my aches alleviated, the whole point of me going for a massage. None of the products that were used smelt at all which then makes me think was it actually Elemis. I’m not sure what about this treatment is Elemis. The second part was a 25 minute foot ritual. This was much of the same, ineffective treatment. And a squeaky chair that was distracting. Before commencing treatment I was asked to sit in a relaxation room aka waiting room. And after the treatments I was offered again to sit there and stare at the walls for some reason. I was not offered any water after the treatment which I could really have done with as it is dehydrating. Overall I am yet to find a spa in the UK that does a good treatment. Probably best to go to an independent masseur. No slippers included but robe and towel. Kids screaming in the pool after sealed the experience.

A good gym that's why I've been going so long, servie not great even though they've got great staff and air-conditioning unit still broken after three and a half years!!

Had a lovely time staying here with family! Enjoyed the spa whist the men played golf! Great breakfast both mornings and evening meal on the first night.

Booked a spa day for myself and my mum, the day we enquired we should’ve just left it as it was, The staff were very rude and blunt not welcoming what so ever. They were hesitant to show us around and the facilities weren’t clean. We arrived on the day of our treatments we were only given robes yet everyone else was welcomed pleasantly and was given the robe, towel and slippers. We had to ask for a towel ? Yet everyone else coming in for a spa day just like us was given one without hesitation. We waited for our therapists who again one was professional and the other was definitely a trainee she would stop every couple of minutes as if she was tired? She would massage with one and then stop..The treatment was an 1 hour treatment but we realised when the treatment had finished it was only a 30 minute treatment which again poor communication from the reception who clearly stated it was an hour long. The massage and facial was poor my skin felt dry and sore as the therapist kept using a cold rough flannel to scrub my face. It wasn’t relaxing as the therapist would keep coughing over us and was extremely loud getting the products in order. Kept dropping the products and would slam the cupboard doors. (We’ve had treatments before we’re they would be so silent that it was be relaxing) but the two therapist were both whispering to one another it just made me and my mum few very uncomfortable throughout. Everyone just looked and sounded super miserable talking to us and it’s a tough one to say we felt there was racism as we could see everyone else was being treated so nicely, but us it looked like it was a chore? I know better not to recommend or come back here again.

Lovely staff always and the gym and pool is always kept to a high standard, would recommend becoming a member for the value of monthly cost.

Wonderful stay mainly due to receptionist Gemma's great customer service. Would highly recommend. We will be frequent visitors here as the spa has an amazing pool! Well worth a visit!

My wife and I had a 90 minute back, face and scalp treatment as part of a day package which included use of the spa and lunch. To keep this review short I will just say it was fantastic! The pool, sauna and steam room were immaculate. The lunch was well presented and delicious. The greatest aspect of the day was the staff who were extremely professional, friendly and with reference particularly to the therapists skilful. Highly recommended.

Calming atmosphere.....peaceful....serene. Just what I needed. I recommend it. 🤗 Remeber to book treatments in advance!
