I got my dress from Champagne and Roses for our wedding back in 2021. Our original date was 2020 but due to covid, we had to change our date a few times. Caroline was so supportive. The dress I picked was dress number 21 that I had tried on (this was across 4 different dress shops. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one! Caroline was great at communicating with me throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect dress!

I am SO thankful for Caroline who went absolutely above and beyond for me!! I genuinely wouldn't have got a dress in time if it wasn't for her. She had a beautiful collection of dresses. She knew the exact moment to step in and offer her help, but also gave me privacy to get into the dresses by myself if I wanted to (which from my undignified experiences in other bridal shops seems a rarity) I honestly couldn't recommend more!! We have recently been to Champagne and Roses with my mum for her mother of the bride outfit. We can’t thank Caroline enough, she is the most beautiful lady inside and out. She gives you the warmest feeling, makes you feel so very welcome and can’t do enough for you. Just got back from our Wedding in Cyprus where I got to show off in my beautiful dress selected with the help of Caroline. This is a hidden gem. Caroline was lovely and so friendly, helpful and generous with her time. I was looking for a Mother of the groom outfit and Caroline was so helpful as I tried on the outfits and accessories nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend this for bride's, MOB , MOG and guests to look for an outfit. I found exactly what I wanted here including the shoes, bag, and Hatinator

I purchased my dress from this beautiful shop. Received the royal treatment and felt like I was talking to my big sister when asking for wedding dress advice. You are not just buying a dress you are paying for a very important service. Had my wedding cancelled in June got married in Oct and Carol could not have been kinder to me.

I visited Champagne and Roses on the 21/01/2020. As soon as my mom and I walked through the door we were immediately welcomed. The lady was just so lovely and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. During my bridal trial she was most professional, she empowered us with her wealth of knowledge and experience within this field. After helping me find my perfect dress, she went above and beyond her duty of offering her help to one of my bridesmaids, who has complex health needs, to ensure that she has a beautiful dress that is practical for her needs - her compassion and empathy shone through. I cannot thank you enough.

Went here to try some dresses on, lady seemed bored within the first 5 minutes, and was quite rude. I stated I was planning on losing a bit of weight for my wedding and was told that I should join slimming world, lose lots of weight and go back next year to try on lots of dresses! This lady made me feel awful about myself today, not everyone is a size 8 and not everyone needs to be a size 8 to wear a wedding dress and feel beautiful in it! I will not be returning to this shop.

What an amazing relaxing experience. Steph couldn't do enough or be more helpful. My whole experience was fantastic. Massive choice of dresses and mine was stunning. Alterations were perfect and not expensive. Also had my jewelry from there. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommended.
