Absolute awful company don't know anything other than handing the keys and fobbing you off. Will leave you weeks without hot water, tell you to sort things yourself that is legally required to be sorted by the letting agents, will complain if you want to change your payment date, will tell you to find a new place if you need any repairs. Been here for 12 almost 13 years, paid on time every month, caused no issues, no noise complaints, no issues with police, looked after the property and kept it squeaky clean, always polite over the phone and just get rude unprofessional response. "Hello I have an issue with the boiler" them: "well that's not my problem, contact the people who fitted the boiler". Our kitchen is against the standard, they won't replace it, our bathroom is 13 years old and against standard, they won't replace it. I'm expected to front all those costs. We report them to the council just to get them shouting at us and raising rent prices shortly afterwards. By far the worst letting agents in Telford. Used to be called Madley lettings and will probably change their name again soon when they reviews are so bad. Every single person should avoid this company at all costs. Only if they decide to sort it out and actually care about their tenants will this review ever change.

This company needs putting under investigation by its Local council and authorities. They have no morals they make promises and don’t for fill them. They promised me by email, my deposit back help with removal and finding a new home and all I got was a section 21 notice to leave the property or the bailiff's would remove me and change the locks 4 weeks after losing my 83 year old farther, They made me a 51 year old man with mental/physical disability’s (which they were fully aware of) and my 17 year old dog homeless in order to buy the property i had rented and called my home for 7 years.

Would give 0 stars if i could - Accept no responsibility nor do they respond to emails/calls regarding issues with their rental properties!! Landlords just as useless and unprofessional.

I had a viewing arranged for one of the houses being sold by this company. The estate agent was 30mins late for the viewing and didn't call to let us know, I ended up calling her. Then we go in to the house after being told there are a "few things left in the house from the previous owner" understatement of the year. Not only was the house in an extremely messy state with clothes everywhere, but there was a huge damp problem and even food left on dirty plates in the kitchen and in other rooms! most of it had gone mouldy. Safe to stay we made our way around the house fast, I felt like I needed a long shower after being in there. I'm actually offended someone thought this was an acceptable state to leave a house in when they had a viewing arranged. The asking price was way too high.

so unproffesional, never sent any info on the house, and one of the houses that are for sale isnt advertised, and theres a reason for that, they are clearly asking too much for it, you should see it for yourself trust me...
